As a Customer Care Rewards member you will recieve a credit of 10% of your repair or service cost each and every time you bring your vehicle to Brookside Transmission for repair or service. Additionally you can save up to 10% off every repair or service with your membership.

The following example shows how a customer realized $167.50 in savings over a several month period at our automotive service center.

8/12/2008 Mr. Smith is a first time customer and gets a brake repair that cost $1,000 dollars. He signs up for the Customer Care Rewards program and recieves 10% of his total repair cost as credit on his rewards membership card. He leaves with a rewards card balance of $100 dollars. $1,000.00

11/2/2008 Four months later Mr. Smith has an electrical problem with his car. Knowing he has a balance of $100 on his rewards card he brings his car back for repair. The cost to fix the car is exactly $500 dollars. As the balance of his rewards card is more than 10% of the total repair the adjusted cost for his repair is $450 with $50 comes off his card leaving him with a balance of $50. But when Mr. Smith pays the adjusted $450 for the repair he discovers 10% of that gets addded back to his card. He leaves with a new balance of $95 dollars on his card. $500.00

3/8/2009 In March of the following year Mr. Smith is taking his family on a road trip across America. He knows it is best to get a thorough inspection and tune up so he brings his car back to our shop. His card balance is $95 dollars. The cost for the inspection and tune up is exactly $250 dollars. As the balance on his reward card is more than 10% of $250 dollars, he gets the full 10% off his repair, paying $225 instead of $250. His rewards card is debited the $25 and credited $22.50 dollars, leaving him with a rewards card balance of $92.50. $250.00
